About the role
A career as a Senior AI Advisor in the responsible AI team at National Bank will foster the Bank's innovative and responsible growth by overseeing the use and development of artificial intelligence. Your job
- Participate in the artificial intelligence project and contribute to the evolution of standards, processes and tools
- Assess the risks of AI initiatives at a multidisciplinary table and support teams in applying responsible AI principles
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI practises with regulatory requirements and best practises
- Monitor issues, trends and regulatory frameworks related to AI governance
- Design and offer training and awareness-raising activities
Your team
You will work with specialists from various backgrounds (data science, it, legal, security, protection of personal information) and report to the responsible AI management team. Our mission is to maximise the value of data while ensuring that it is used securely and ethically for the benefit of clients and employees. Prerequisites
- University education or relevant experience in law, governance, risk management, data science or related field
- Experience in implementing governance or technology compliance programs
- Knowledge of cloud environments and AI system architectures (e.g. AWS, Snowflake)
- Mastery of best practises and controls to mitigate AI-related risks
- Minimum of 7 years of accumulated experience in a role related to AI, governance, advanced analytics or risk management
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
