Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project scopes in line with client and insurance expectations
• Lead project kick-off meetings; communicate objectives and assign responsibilities
• Monitor on-site work for safety, quality, and timeline compliance
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation including milestones, change orders, and communications
• Utilize project management software and applications for tracking and reporting
• Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience (required)
• Skilled trade or PM certification is an asset
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and restoration techniques
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
• Proficiency in PM software, MS Office, and app-based documentation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
• Experience with Xactimate / XactAnalysis is an asset
