Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project scopes in line with client and insurance expectations
- Lead project kick-off meetings; communicate objectives and assign responsibilities
- Monitor on-site work for safety, quality, and timeline compliance
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation including milestones, change orders, and communications
- Utilize project management software and applications for tracking and reporting
- Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction project management experience (required)
- Skilled trade or PM certification is an asset
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and restoration techniques
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Proficiency in PM software, MS Office, and app-based documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
- Experience with Xactimate / XactAnalysis is an asset
