The work:- Lead the PMO function for a SAP transformation program, ensuring program governance, delivery discipline, and alignment with enterprise transformation objectives.

Manage and maintain the integrated Workplan using Microsoft Project and Jira, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, dependencies, and critical path.

Oversee program reporting, RAID management, and KPI tracking through tools like iPC and Jira dashboards.

Collaborate with functional and technical workstreams to ensure consistency across project planning, status reporting, and deliverable quality.

Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, templates, and tools to enhance visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the program.

This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week in the Montreal office. Here's what you need:- Minimum 10 years of experience managing SAP implementation programs, including overall project planning and delivery

Hands-on expertise with PMO tools and methodologies, including Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Confluence

A solid understanding of SAP RICEFW estimation practices, including requirements analysis and traceability.

Proven track record overseeing program status, milestones, and project financials

Strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, and proactive risk and issue mitigation

Clear, strategic communicator with strong organizational and coordination skills

Experience working in technology consulting environments

Bachelor's degree or completion of college diploma

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Bonus Points if:- Bring working knowledge of key SAP modules like HCM, SCM, or Finance
