Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient work completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure expectations are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Profile
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a large general contractor on ICI projects
- Experience working on full construction lifecycle; projects from 10M-50M range
- Must have experience with Total Station
- Experience with multi-family construction
- Health & Safety Awareness (5 Steps) training required
