Core Responsibilities Strategically uplift across-the-board marketing effective to drive strong growth of our brand and business, backed by dynamic and insightful data-driven decision making.
- Optimize marketing resource management including agency management, tools management, budget/activities planning, spending report, initiate and lead performance tracking and insights.
- Lead the marketing planning process, aligning strategies with commercial priorities and consumer insights.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness – importantly, applying Marketing Mix Modelling insights.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to advise strategic decisions and optimize marketing investments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure integrated planning and execution.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of sophisticated analytical tools and marketing platforms to enhance performance tracking and reporting
Do your part in our team succeeding In this key senior role within the marketing team, you will drive strategy and enhance marketing performance by acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning. Your expertise will ensure that marketing spend is treated as an integrated part of the overall business puzzle, facilitating cross-functional planning integration. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Global Marketing Planning & Performance to uplift marketing effectiveness across the board, ultimately contributing to the higher growth of both the brand and the business.

- Extensive marketing experience, with a focus on planning and performance analysis.
- Proven track record in data analysis and insights generation.
- Strong communication and collaborator relationship building ability.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Positive mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong curiosity and a desire to innovate.
- Experience in the toy or consumer goods industry.
Relocation There is no relocation budget for this role.
