Position Description The Sooke School District is implementing Workboard for TTOC Dispatch. Workboard allows TTOCs to pick from a list of assignments by logging into Atrieve instead of waiting for a call from the Automated Dispatch System (ADS). Workboard is not replacing ADS but rather complimenting the ADS to allow TTOCs to pick their assignment each morning for full or half day dispatches that are not yet filled. More communications about Workboard will be going out in January for a go live date in February.
To Assist TTOCs With The Transition And Provide Support, The HR Team Is Looking For a Temporary TTOC Workboard Lead To
- Assists HR with communication and training materials for Workboard
- Collaboratively work with HR to provides support to other Teacher Teaching on Call (TTOC) in the use of Workboard through virtual MS Teams drop-in sessions, email and Teams calls
This TTOC Will Need To Be Available For The Following 15 Half-day Assignments During The Period Of January 5 To February 13, 2026, As Follows
- Tuesday, January 6 - AM or PM shift (daily FTE dependent on shift)
- Thursday, January 8 – PM shift from 3:00 to 5:00 pm (.4 daily FTE)
- Tuesday, January 13 - PM shift from 3:00 to 5:00 pm (.4 daily FTE)
- Monday, January 19 - PM shift from 3:00 to 5:00 pm (.4 daily FTE)
- Wednesday, January 28 - PM shift from 3:00 to 5:00 pm (.4 daily FTE)
- Monday to Friday, February 2-6 from 6:00 to 9:00 am (.6 daily FTE)
- Monday to Friday, February 9-13 from 6:00 to 9:00 am (.6 daily FTE), if necessary
Qualifications
- Successful experience using Workboard at another district
- Minimum one year (and 20 shifts) of experience as a TTOC at the Sooke School District
