We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize our digital campaigns across Google and other platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO best practices, and data-driven campaign optimization to consistently attract and convert high-quality leads. You will be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns, building effective landing pages, tracking conversions, and leveraging analytics to maximize ROI. Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year plus bonuses
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead form extensions, location targeting, and conversion tracking.

Optimize ad spend using bidding strategies (Maximize Clicks, Target CPA, etc.) and Google’s AI tools.

Set up and maintain Google Guaranteed profiles to attract verified, high-intent leads.

Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and website traffic.

Create and test landing pages optimized for conversions.

Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to guide campaign strategy.

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Produce performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad copy, creative, and user experience align with lead generation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with SEO optimization (keywords, on-page, technical).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience in conversion tracking and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Measurement).
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience creating and managing Google Guaranteed profiles.
- Understanding of local SEO strategies, including “near me” targeting.
