Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Label Printing Industry
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may extend to 5:30 PM as required)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company.
- Process customer orders accurately and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offer technical guidance related to label printing processes when needed.
- Track, document, and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Mandatory: Previous experience working in the label printing industry (required).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Driving license preferred but not required.
