Role: Business Attorney (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $80 - $105/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Transactional Attorney to work on a contract basis. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to support business operations. The role requires expertise in transactional law with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional law.
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key risks.
