About the role
Cummins is looking for a Customer Representative to join our bilingual Customer Center team in Canada.
In this role, you will have the following impacts:
- Document customer request information in the appropriate Cummins systems.
- Provide prompt assistance to customers using various means of communication.
- Multi-skill/multi-channel support (chat/email/phone).
- Solve common customer problems with a basic understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
- Escalate unusual issues by providing documentation throughout the process.
- Understand new and existing Cummins processes, systems and practices.
- Make suggestions on how existing processes can be more efficient or customer-oriented.

Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Diplomas-certifications :• High School Diploma
Experience: Requires relevant work experience; Previous technical experience and/or customer service experience is required.
You should be able to :

Establish a professional relationship with customers to increase the loyalty of Cummins products.

Understand contact center policies and procedures.

Comfortable with a variety of software.

Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) is required for this position.

Having previous experience in this industry and customer service is a must.

Some knowledge of the different industries we work with (marine, automotive, industrial, power generation, etc.) as a whole is an asset.
About the position:

This is remote position (must reside in Canada).
-
Work schedule from 11am-8pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Time).

Salary starting at $55000 annually.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
