As a member of U.S. Utilities Integration Program Management Office (IPMO), the USUI Specialist II (aka Project Manager Integration) will provide integration management support for the U.S. Utilities acquisitions, including long-term integration program development and monitoring, Transition Services Agreement (TSA) management and exit planning, and governance and reporting.
This role is a 1 year Temporary Role and will be reporting to and supporting the USUI Sr. Business Program Manager .

Here’s what you will do:
-
Supporting management and coordination of comprehensive project plans for each Business Function involved in the M&A integration (e.g., Finance, HR, SCM, S&R etc ).

Continuously monitor and update the M&A program’s business plans to reflect any changes in scope, resources , TSA management, and/ or timelines.
-
Ensure all key risks, assumptions, and dependencies are logged and monitored , with corrective actions taken where necessary.

Monitor and control business project plans on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that all milestones, timelines, and resource allocations are being met .

Conduct regular reviews of the project status with functional teams to ensure all workstreams are aligned and progressing as planned.

Support reporting of potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommendations to resolve bottlenecks or delays .
-
Foster effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams and business units to drive project success.

Note that roles and responsibilities will continue to evolve as the project progresses over the year.
Who you are :
You have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
-
7 - 8 years of relevant experience project management roles . Experience working in a large program preferred .
-
Project Management experience, including project controls , analysis and use of project management tools .
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) .
-
Demonstrated strategic thinking, stakeholder management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills .
-
Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint .
-
Working understanding of Enbridge C entral F unction org anizational structure and processes; TIS and Gas Utility business knowledge are value- adds .
-
Experience in reporting to executive leadership teams, with the ability to simplify complex topics for decision-makers.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Assets:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Project

PMP Certificatio n (optional)

Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines .

Hours may vary depending on transaction requirements .

Light travel may be required .

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds ), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
