Job Summary
The Coordinator, Student Athlete Services is responsible for providing support to student-athletes in their academic and athletic pursuits. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success and well-being of student-athletes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs that support the academic success of student-athletes.
- Provide guidance and resources to student-athletes regarding academic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with coaches and academic advisors to monitor student-athlete progress.
- Organize workshops and events that promote academic achievement and personal development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working with student-athletes or in a similar educational environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations and compliance.
- Experience in program development and implementation.
Other Relevant Details
- This position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
