Posting: 2026-194: Probationay Psychometrist (1.0 FTE)
Duties to commence as soon as possible.
Summary:
The Psychometrist is responsible for the administration of psychoeducational assessments for students in our Board, who are enrolled in Kindergarden to grade twelve. The Psychometrist is also responsible for analysis of data, interpretation of assessment results, and preparation of comprehensive reports that are presented and explained to parents, school personnel, and individual students (if appropriate) for the purpose of program planning and program implementation at the classroom level.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree at the Masters level in Psychology with an emphasis on psychometric testing
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with students, staff, and public
- Effective interpersonal skills
- well-developed organizational skills
- well-developed oral and written communication skills
