Join a dynamic Inside Sales team where your communication and organizational skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a PINC Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the central hub for order processing, customer service, and production coordination. You’ll work closely with dealers, customers, and sales staff to ensure seamless transactions and timely deliveries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to sales growth, quality output, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Accurately enter purchase orders and maintain sales documentation using SAP
- Resolve customer issues and build trust through reliable communication
- Record and manage production flow data to minimize delays and support timely delivery
- Facilitate shipping processes, including customs paperwork and backorder coordination
- Support team development through training and collaboration with Inside Sales colleagues
Your Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to understand and communicate basic technical product information with professionalism and intuition
