Under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, the technician ensures the follow-up and compliance of employee hiring and termination documentation, and performs the necessary updates in the system while collaborating with project Human Resources.
This is a payroll operations support role with a wide variety of tasks, offering an excellent learning opportunity
What you will do
-
Review and process the documents required for the administration of employee electronic hires

Update employee master data in SAP (changes to personal information, salaries, expiry dates of competency cards)

Process employee terminations in the system
-
Manage electronic files for consultants and subcontractors needed to track their hours worked

Manage multiple payroll-related email inboxes

Follow up on the training calendar related to the payroll department
-
Provide support in the payroll process during peak periods (data entry, sending documents, time validation, support to projects)
This role could be for you if you have
- AACS or DCS in Accounting
- 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficiency, attention to detail, and thoroughness
- Discretion
- Strong organizational and priority‑management skills
