Commission-Only Position ? No Base Salary

This is a 100% commission-based sales position with no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Your income is directly tied to your performance, effort, and ability to generate and close sales opportunities.

Training Program

All successful applicants will complete a training program designed to teach:

• Lead generation techniques
• Door-to-door canvassing strategies
• Customer communication and sales skills
• Appointment setting and follow-up procedures
• Urban Pro Interlocking products and services
• Closing techniques and contract procedures

No prior experience is required. We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and maximize their earning potential through performance-based sales.

• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred; company vehicle may be available depending on contract arrangements)
