Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Insight ERP)

Location: Canada

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About us:

Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse with 2,400+ employees and 70,000+ customers across 100+ countries. Cyncly transforms the way customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed and made. Our end-to-end software solutions connect professional designers, retailers and manufacturers to the world's largest repository of product content. Today, our business spans across the Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring industries with operations in North & South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.

Cyncly brings over 30 years of experience to deliver more value for our customers through an expanded portfolio of end-to-end solutions. Our global presence allows us to provide world-class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience.

Cyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specializing in technology.

The Role:

Drive on-time, on-budget, multi-site ERP go-lives that deliver measurable business outcomes for manufacturing (e.g., multi-plant / kitchen & bath / cabinet) customers. You will own the full delivery lifecycle; coordinating internal specialists and client stakeholders, managing scope and financials (including change orders), and ensuring user adoption and customer satisfaction.

Cyncly is experiencing new growth and scaling Insight ERP implementations across North America. We need a seasoned implementation leader who combines structured delivery discipline with executive presence on the plant floor and in the boardroom.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute multiple, concurrent ERP implementation projects (plus smaller enhancement / BAU streams).
  • Lead phased delivery (Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Stabilize) using an iterative waterfall approach appropriate for ERP complexity.
  • Own project governance: monthly steering committees, structured status reporting, proactive risk/issue management, escalation, and decision tracking.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resource allocations, and change orders for T&M engagements; protect project margin while maintaining customer trust.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Application Specialists, R&D, Support) and align with client stakeholders (Plant Managers, Engineers, IT, Operations, Executives).
  • Oversee configuration, data conversion planning, integrations, testing readiness, cutover planning, and stabilization—providing conceptual integration oversight (CAD, e‑commerce, PLM, CRM, MES, accounting, shipping, payment gateways).
  • Ensure effective adoption of core Insight ERP modules (Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Scheduling, CAD/CAM, Reporting/BI).
  • Surface and mitigate risks early; drive structured action plans and contingency strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, proof of concept reviews, design sign‑offs, and go‑live readiness checkpoints.
  • Craft crisp executive communications and improvement recommendations that tie project progress to the customer’s operational KPIs.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers: share best practices, lead retrospectives, refine delivery playbooks/templates, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI/Copilot and automation tools to streamline status reporting, document generation, and analytics, increasing delivery efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of ownership and continuous improvement internally and with customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years directly leading end-to-end, multi-site ERP implementation projects (initiation through stabilization) or 7+ years total Project Management experience with at least 5 years ERP-focused delivery.
  • Proven success delivering on-time, on-budget ERP go-lives with measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, IT, and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strength in schedule & budget control, scope negotiation, and change order management within T&M engagements.
  • Strong facilitation across discovery, design, testing, cutover, and stabilization phases.
  • Proactive risk identification & mitigation; crisp written and verbal executive communication.
  • Conceptual understanding of manufacturing processes and typical ERP data/integration flows (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, production scheduling, BOM management, finance, reporting/BI, CAD/CAM interfaces).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and functional specialists in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Teams, SharePoint; leverages AI/Copilot tools for reporting & documentation
  • Able to travel up to 25% across North America (workshops, key milestones, go‑lives).
