Role: Private Equity Investment Banking (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $100 - $144/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Private Equity Associate to work on a Contract basis. In this role, you will apply your financial analysis and due diligence expertise to evaluate and support investments in the private equity sector. Your work will help shape how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input that improves decision-making processes. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment evaluation, offering an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI-driven financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence by analyzing confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation to assess investment opportunities.
- Draft, review, and refine investment committee (IC) memos and board decks to support informed decision-making processes.
- Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress, identify key errors, and ensure alignment with investment criteria.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance investment strategies and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial analysis, with a proven track record in due diligence and deal evaluation.
- Proficiency in analyzing confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and financial statements to identify investment risks and opportunities.
- Strong ability to draft and refine investment committee memos and board decks that clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations.
- Experience navigating complex transaction documents and public filings to support investment evaluations.
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve investment objectives.
