Essential Skills: Skills Globalscape and SFTPTool SFTP ToolExperience on Globalscape EFT and Managed File Transfer (MFT) or any other Globalscape products.Good knowledge on the networking concepts and File transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS).Experience on DMZ, RAM, and AWE CONFIGURATIONS for file transfersGood knowledge on resolving tickets and troubleshooting P1, P2 issues as per agreed SLAs without any breach.Hands-on on account creation, configuring even rules, connection profiles and key pair and issues related to other modules.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Able to identify the classify problems, diagnose the root cause of tickets, and determine resolutions to related problems.Good command over 7th and 8th versions of Globalscape and aspects related to these versions.Shift timings 530 PM to 230 AM and 700 PM to 400 AM(ONcall-support)Experience on DMZ, RAM, and AWE CONFIGURATIONS for file transfersHands-on on High Availability (HA) servers and RAM agents where Globalscape application resides.Experience in encryption and decryption, configuring SSL on the server, EFT modules and Permission groups setup.Have knowledge on Unix and Power shell scripts and able to run the queries integrated with File transfers.Knowledge on Putty, WinSCP and FileZilla

The significant feature of BM-Cloud includes easy usage with the enhancement of simplicity and usability as a complete integrated ERP system. The fundamental modules covered by BM-Cloud are accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and HR/payroll systems. In other words, it is designed primarily to support businesses in the trading and retail sectors and includes all the essential components required for a firm to assist in decision-making.
