As a Surveying–Billing Assistant working within Pomerleau’s Shared Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the surveying, mobility, and electrical departments, in close collaboration with the Surveying Assistant. You will contribute to the success of large-scale construction projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of project billing.
What you will do

Compile and verify work hours for various trades across multiple projects.

Invoice services for each project according to agreed-upon terms.

Track team inventories and update data in the ERP system.

Provide administrative support to department coordinators.

Assist the Surveying Assistant with specific mandates.

Respond to billing-related inquiries from construction sites and provide documentation for their clients when needed.
This role could be for you if you have
- A college diploma (AEC or DEC) in accounting, office administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
