Responsibilities
- Account Management Support: Supporting the Commercial Lines Account Managers in their daily activities.
- Renewal Process Management: Monitoring and updating renewal lists to ensure timely processing. Assisting with the preparation of renewal letters, mail distribution, scanning, and invoicing.
- Administrative Excellence: Processing invoices and documentation accurately. Handling additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of Commercial Insurance experience
- RIBO license preferred
- High level of computer application skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
