Tasks
- Participate in food production activities: processing, recipe preparation, weighing, packaging, and labeling.
- Apply food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP).
- Ensure proper product labeling and traceability.
- Prepare orders of fresh products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and machinery.
- Complete production logs and quality control forms.
- Work in a versatile and collaborative manner within the team.
- Communicate proactively and respectfully with team members to ensure cohesion and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as required

Job requirements
- Experience in the food industry, food processing, or the restaurant sector.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP) as per MAPAQ regulations.
- Diploma or certificate in butchery, pastry, or culinary arts (DEP, AEC, or DEC) is an asset.
