Receptionist
Summit Motors is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and making a great first impression.
What You’ll Do
As our Receptionist, you will:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed along promptly
- Greet and direct customers to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with administrative tasks, including typing, filing, spreadsheets, mail, and document preparation
- Collect customer payments by cash, credit card, or cheque
- Retrieve and distribute emails from the general company inbox
- Support parts, service, and warranty invoice filing
- Use dealership software to look up customer accounts, invoices, and statements
- Order office and coffee room supplies
- Help keep the front reception area and coffee room clean, stocked, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important in this role.
