Position Summary As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You’ll work with a supportive team, use your technical expertise to solve problems, and contribute directly to building high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment.
Salary: $40.27/hour
Responsibilities

Install, inspect, repair, or replace electrical wiring, fixtures, conduits, and cabling.
-
Plan and execute installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, ensuring proper installation of all electrical and electronic devices.
-
Measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install conduits and other electrical conductor raceways.
-
Splice and terminate electrical conductors efficiently and safely.
-
Test electrical and electronic equipment to verify proper operation and functionality.
-
Install, commission, and troubleshoot AC and DC motor drive systems (Parker and ABB experience preferred).
-
Read, program, and troubleshoot industrial PLC ladder logic (Allen-Bradley experience preferred).
-
Diagnose faults in electrical/electronic systems and repair or replace faulty components.
-
Maintain and improve the plant’s preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
-
Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices as required.

Collaborate with the Electrical/Engineering team on electrical projects as needed.
-
Demonstrate a safety- and quality-conscious approach while performing all duties in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Hold a valid electrician license (309A or 442A).
- Bring 3+ years of industrial/production experience with machine troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/electronic issues.
- Communicate clearly with team members verbally and in writing.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment.
