KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Asset Manager is responsible for the post-sales technical operation of solar and renewable energy systems, ensuring stable system performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

1. System Operation Management

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance (O&M) of renewable energy systems under committed KPIs and service agreements.
  • Propose and implement technical solutions to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Make decisions on technical approaches for repair, upgrade, and maintenance works (in-house and outsourced).
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, supervise execution quality, and verify completion reports.
  • Inspect and approve project handovers from the implementation team.
  • Consolidate failure statistics and develop improvement plans regularly.

2. Spare Parts and Equipment Management

  • Develop and manage spare parts inventory: types, quantities, and storage locations.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and warranty periods, minimizing operating costs.
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery for maintenance activities across regions.

3. Training and Development

  • Prepare, review, and update technical documents, manuals, and troubleshooting codes.
  • Organize technical training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and subcontractors on a periodic or ad-hoc basis.
  • Monitor post-training performance and ensure knowledge transfer effectiveness (after 1 month and 3 months).

4. Reporting and ISO System Support

  • Prepare and submit regular operation reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Report system issues, propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support ISO department in maintaining and improving the company’s internal quality management system (ISO 9001).

5. Others

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or direct supervisor.
  • Ensure confidentiality, compliance with company policies, and adherence to internal labor regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system operation, maintenance, or technical management within renewable energy or M&E industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD (2D/3D), PVSyst, SketchUp.
  • Excellent English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800+).
  • Foreign candidates are highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
  • Positive attitude, high responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.
