- Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for field service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer information
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Provide administrative support to the field service team as needed
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
