Invest in you, JOIN AGROPUR. We dairy you! Are you a student in logistics, operations management, or supply chain and looking to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment? Join our team as a Student Inventory Coordinator ! You’ll play a role in ensuring the efficient flow of our distribution chain by directly supporting inventory coordinators in their day-to-day activities.

What’s Involved In This Role

  • Support coordinators in tracking replenishment orders between plants and distribution centers.
  • Update data in SAP/Oracle and Excel (DRP parameters, stock tracking, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level and stock losses.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help identify gaps between demand forecasts and available stock levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation of work methods.

What You Need To Join Our Team

  • Student in logistics, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Be available to work 18 hours/week, with 1 day availability on the weekend.
  • Strong interest in inventory management and ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
