TruGreen Sales Supervisor
Job Type: Full**‑time**
Pay: $60,000–$90,000 per year (salary + bonus)
Location: Local branch (high**‑growth market)**
Job Summary
TruGreen is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead a sales team, grow market share, and support our branch in achieving its goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales leadership experience who is motivated by performance, coaching, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Create and manage branch sales plans and forecasts
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Door‑to‑Door sales representatives
Execute marketing programs (door‑to‑door, direct mail, local events, etc.)
Generate leads from multiple sources and support closing activities
Handle customer concerns and reduce cancellation rates
Monitor hourly, daily, and weekly team performance
Recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate sales staff
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR 2–3 years of related sales or horticulture/agronomic experience preferred
Proven sales leadership experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Must be able to travel throughout the local market
