About the role

Job Description

What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Process Consultant for Dominion Securities (DS), you will be responsible for delivering the Process Optimization offering to Investment Advisor (IA) teams. You will help teams implement client processes by customizing best practices and utilizing the available applications to create efficiencies.

Your role will also be to create & deliver process optimization solutions to new advisors under the process foundations framework. Your focus will be on implementing efficient client processes and workflows, leveraging available technology and applications to streamline operations. The goal is to provide new advisors with a comprehensive framework for success from the outset, covering key areas such as:

  • Prospecting
  • Client onboarding
  • Client Reviews
  • Task management and workflow optimization
  • Wealth management
  • Ongoing client servicing and relationship management

By providing these process frameworks from day one, you will help new advisors establish a solid foundation for their practice, enabling them to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive long-term growth and success.

What will you do?

  • Deliver the Process Optimization offering for Dominion Securities within the Process Optimization framework.
  • Build the Process Foundations offering for new advisors during years 2-5 within the Process Optimization framework.
  • Analyze IC team objectives, assess potential options, and present insightful recommendations
  • Engage in coaching for IA teams and provide check-ins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished with a high degree of success
  • Provide superior client experience and build positive relationships with IA teams and branches
  • Identify and build awareness of best practices through weekly conference calls, email updates, monthly coaching calls, and quarterly conferences
  • Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with IA teams
  • Continuously improve and streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Team Practices & Efficiency Consultants team
  • Collaborate with Dominion Securities Content Committee, and internal training partners to define business processes
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Expert understanding of Dominion Securities business and culture
  • Experience with DS applications
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • High level of time management and organization skills

Nice-to-have

  • Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management Essentials course
  • Previous coaching experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • French language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
