Job Description

• Lead and support allied health teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Oversee professional standards, development, and performance

• Manage caseloads, resources, and service priorities

• Monitor program outcomes and drive quality improvement

• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards

• Foster collaboration across clinical teams and community partners

• Recruit, coach, and retain top allied health talent

• Represent allied health in strategic planning and stakeholder forums

• Support innovation, budget management, and program growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (preferred) in a regulated allied health profession (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, Social Work, Dietetics)
• Registered and in good standing with relevant Ontario regulatory college
• 7+ years clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of Ontario’s homecare system and community care models
• Proven skills in program management, quality improvement, and operations
