Join Our Team: Lot Attendant/Merchandizer

Subaru Windsor is currently seeking a Lot Attendant/Merchandizer to join our growing team. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors with vehicles, this is your opportunity to become part of a dynamic and customer-first dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture vehicle photos
- Write vehicle descriptions and service regulations
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming new vehicle shipments from transport carriers
- Check in new arrival vehicles in accordance with OEM requirements
- Organize and arrange vehicle inventory on the lot in an appealing and accessible manner
- Ensure all vehicles are locked and keys are stored securely
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to have vehicles ready for test drives or appointments
- Obtain and record in service dates, all makes and models
- Maintain a clean and safe lot by performing tasks such as lawn cutting, snow removal (tractor/shoveling), sweeping, and emptying garbage bins
- Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., fueling, checking tire pressure)
- Assist with parts pick-ups, licensing, vehicle fueling, and occasional deliveries
- Provide shuttle or valet service for customers as needed
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Photography experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
