About the role

Exciting opportunity to contribute to the Cowichan hospital redevelopment. Island Health is hiring a temporary full-time Project Analyst to support readiness and commissioning activities for the new hospital in Duncan, BC. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the work required to prepare a new healthcare facility for clinical operations — including validation, commissioning support, issue tracking, remediation follow-up, workflow review, project coordination, and readiness activities. The successful candidate will help support the practical, detailed work that happens between construction completion and operational activation: confirming spaces, systems, devices, workflows, and support processes are ready for staff, patients, and services.
