About the role

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and feedback
  • Fostering strong relationships between the Co-op and its members
  • Managing front desk operations; accepting payments, answering/directing calls and emails, escalating sensitive or complex issues to appropriate leaders
  • Maintaining accurate member records; processing new member applications and updating membership status
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks
  • Report building maintenance issues and support safety protocols
  • Assisting with day-to-day upkeep of the administration building, including ordering supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and ensuring high image standards
  • Work closely with Executive Assistant and Marketing & Communications, along with other departments as required, to support cross-functional initiatives

Who you are:

  • You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education considered an asset
  • Experience in office administration considered an asset
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have a strong computer and technical background, including effective working skills of the Microsoft suite and Outlook
  • You have proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
