Field Service Technician Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission parking system equipment and components
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records
- Provide customer support and on-site technical training
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service emergencies
Field Service Technician Qualifications
- 2–5 years of field service or technical support experience
- Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Basic networking knowledge including IP configuration and cabling
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to travel within the assigned Canadian region
- Physically able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs
