About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled M2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our Toronto-based team. The successful candidate will perform, inspect, and certify maintenance on Boeing 737 NG and MAX aircraft, supporting line maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Boeing 737 NG and MAX aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system discrepancies.
- Conduct inspections and ensure accurate maintenance documentation in accordance with Transport Canada CARs and company procedures.
- Certify maintenance work within the scope of the M2 license and company authorizations.
- Support AOG recovery and on-call maintenance as required.
- Mentor and assist junior technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain compliance with company safety standards, OEM procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Maintenance Control, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Transport Canada AME License – Category M2.
- Demonstrated experience on Boeing 737 NG and MAX aircraft required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in line or heavy maintenance on large transport-category aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of CARs, MEL/CDL, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to obtain RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) and Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP).
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Preferred Assets
- Manufacturer type endorsement or training on B737 NG/MAX.
- Experience with additional Boeing or Airbus aircraft types.
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as AMOS, TRAX, or WinAir.
- Previous experience in a Part 145 Transport Canada AMO.
