As aProduct Owner – Aeroxchange, you’ll lead the strategic ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of the Aeroxchange platform within StandardAero’s enterprise systems environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the Aeroxchange vendor to deliver platform enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities that support procurement, supply chain operations, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Aeroxchange platform lifecycle, including roadmap planning, enhancements, system performance, and long-term scalability.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning enhancements and fixes with business value, risk, and enterprise strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Aeroxchange vendor, managing support agreements, performance expectations, and issue escalation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for platform enhancements, integrations, and new module implementations using Agile delivery practices.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Translate business requirements into structured user stories and functional specifications for vendor and development teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and go-live readiness for system updates and releases.
  • Monitor system performance, platform KPIs, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to improve processes and align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and operational processes to support governance and knowledge sharing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and/or Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise platforms
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Project Management role

Desired Skills

  • Experience managing external software vendors or technology partners
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for enterprise systems
  • Experience with Aeroxchange or aviation industry supply chain platforms
  • Understanding of procurement, supply chain, inventory, finance, or manufacturing processes
  • Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, or PL/SQL
  • Aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) or manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience monitoring platform performance metrics, adoption, and operational KPIs
