Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Haliburton

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Hospital Security Guard to join our Security Services team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, physicians, visitors, and hospital property. This role requires strong observation skills, sound judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Schedule:

Week #1: Monday, Tuesday – 1900-0700, Friday, Saturday – 0700-1900

Week #2: Sunday – 0700-1900, Wednesdays and Thursdays – 1900-0700

Payrate: $22.50/hour

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard in Haliburton

• Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard in Haliburton

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
