We are looking for a hands-on and practical Mold Maintenance Lead.

Your role
As a Mold Maintenance Lead, you'll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and performance of our molds. This role will lead daily maintenance activities, support production needs, and ensure molds are operating at peak efficiency to deliver high-quality products.
Your background and experience
- Knowledge of mold components, hardware, and tooling requirements for accurate installation and operation.
- Familiarity with scheduling, staging, and coordinating mold readiness to meet production timelines.
- Hands-on experience with mold cleaning, preparation, and maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in ability to read and follow work orders, job sheets, and tooling lists.
- Experience with documentation, recordkeeping, and tracking systems (paper-based or electronic) for mold maintenance and repairs.
- Skilled in inspection techniques for identifying mold wear, damage, or cleanliness issues.
- Ability to compose clear reports and photo documentation of mold issues and repairs.
- Previous experience with work order management and closing maintenance activities accurately.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work successfully with Production, Quality, and Setup teams and ensure proper follow-up.
- Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines for mold handling and storage.
- Mechanical proficiency with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience in mold maintenance (preferred, but not always required).
