About the role
TheBusiness****Development Directorwill play a pivotal role in driving sustained regional and national growth by identifying, engaging, and securing long-term partnerships with successful dentists and dental practices.
This is a high-impact, territory-based leadership role within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. It combines proactive deal sourcing, acquisition lifecycle management, and strategic external relationship development — all aligned with robust corporate growth plans.
You will be instrumental in shaping expansion strategy while building trusted relationships across the dental and advisory community.
##Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify, engage, and secure dental practice partnerships
- Manage the full acquisition lifecycle — from initial evaluation through deal execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accountants, legal advisors, wealth managers, and other key stakeholders
- Partner closely with Corporate Development to assess investment opportunities and contribute to strategic recommendations
- Develop and execute territory-specific growth plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings and presentations with C-suite leaders and practice owners
- Provide leadership and mentorship while fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition and partnership strategies
- Travel regularly within the region to support deal sourcing and relationship building
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging growth opportunities
##Education & Qualifications
- University degree (Business focus preferred)
- 7–8 years of business development experience (dental industry preferred)
- Proven success managing territory plans and executing strategic growth initiatives
- Established relationships within the dental community strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (including C-suite engagement)
- Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
