As a Digital Strategy & Transformation Co-op Student , you’ll help Central Functions (HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Projects, Safety, Energy Trading, and more) turn business challenges into opportunities through technology. You’ll support initiatives that drive digital transformation across Enbridge, gaining hands-on experience in AI & agentic strategy, business case development, technology solutioning, portfolio planning, and change adoption.
This role is ideal for students interested in consulting, technology strategy, or executive leadership with an opportunity to solve problems, create business value, and learn in a high-performing corporate environment with one of North America's leading companies.
Details:
There are three, 8 or 12-month co-op placements starting in May 2026, located in Edmonton or Calgary.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic priorities.
- Analyze business requests and identify opportunities for digital enablement.
- Assist in preparing technology business cases and high-level solution approaches.
- Build executive-ready presentations and reports for decision-making.
- Support portfolio planning and cost analysis for technology initiatives.
- Lead digital enablement delivery of projects with cross-functional team engagement.
- Plan and build AI agents to automate tasks and improve efficiency using available tools and frameworks.
- Track and communicate action items, deliverables, and adoption metrics.
- Collect and summarize data using tools such as Power BI to provide insights.
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or related field.
- Interest in consulting, business-technology alignment and digital transformation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to engage all levels of the organization.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment across all levels of the organization.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, Agent Creation Tools (Copilot Studio, ChatGPT).
- Demonstrates Enbridge’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance.
Working Conditions:
- Office based role, located in either Edmonton or Calgary.
