We are Medical Home Model Family Medicine practice focusing on comprehensive and preventative, proactive health care for our patients.

The successful candidate will be able to work weekend and evening shifts. We need someone who can work Saturdays, Sundays and evenings from approximately 4-9 pm. If you are also available during the week, this would be an asset, but must be available weekend and evenings please.

They will be working in an extremely busy Family Medicine practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a team or autonomously when required.

Duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, booking and checking in patients, assisting physicians and clinic management with all aspects of the practice. They will utilize Telus Health Med-Access electronic medical records to update patient demographics, book appointments, book investigations, look up and document appropriate medical records. They will assist with all aspects of setting up patient exam rooms, take patients into the rooms, take and record vitals, update patient profiles, medications etc.

This person will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and willing to perform all necessary and related functions in order to optimize our patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.90-$16.00 per hour
