Job Description: The Clinical Resource Nurse, under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager, is a clinical practitioner who integrates experience, skills and knowledge in the provision of direct Client/patient/resident care, assessment of needs, clinical problem solving and client/patient/resident and staff education. The Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of high standards of client/patient/resident care by assuming delegated administrative, clinical and educational duties.

Experience

  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

  • Current CPR certification
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
