Part-Time Opportunity | Average 20-hours a Week | Days, evenings, and weekend shifts | $18.00/hr

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
- Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
- Process payments and booking transactions
- Support customers with our online booking system
- Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
- Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
- Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
- Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible availability (Weekend availability required)
- Ability to work from either location is required
- A friendly, service-first attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Quick learner with great attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Reliable team player who works well independently as well as with a team
- Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check
- Certified in First Aid training is considered an asset
- Relevant job experience is considered an asset
What We Offer
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- $18.00 per/hour
- Shifts include 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
