Levitt-Safety is hiring a Warehouse Associate & Parts Runner to support inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and parts delivery for our service team in Fort McMurray, AB.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in warehousing and logistics - whether you’re bringing experience or just getting started and eager to learn.

In this role, you’ll handle receiving, stock management, pick/pack, and accurate documentation while delivering parts to customers across Northern Alberta. This safety-sensitive role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and safe operations.

What you Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics is an asset - but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract, as verified as part of pre employment checks.
  • Forklift certification and safe operation of pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements for a safety-sensitive role (criminal background check; drug & alcohol testing as required)
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, or willingness to learn WMS/ERP systems)

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments for accuracy and quality; store inventory safely and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders; complete shipping paperwork and update inventory records

Delivery and Logistics

  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Deliver parts to customers and internal locations throughout Northern Alberta; obtain proof of delivery and manage returns
  • Load/unload vehicles safely, verify quantities, and maintain accurate delivery logs

Safety and Equipment

  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely; complete pre use inspections.
  • Check and maintain delivery vehicles; escalate issues promptly
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies; support a safety first culture.
