Purpose of the function

Roles and Responsibilities

Working with cross-functional partners, ensure effective planning and seamless execution of key deliverables, including submissions to Canadian health technology assessment agencies, submissions to provincial and private payers, and pricing strategiesSupport cross-functional teams to manage the creation and execution of key market access strategic initiatives that enable commercial organizational objectives, including the planning and execution of reimbursement strategies, brand planning, and product negotiationsIdentify and communicate payer needs effectively to local and global/regional Value, Access & Pricing, medical and commercial teams to inform evidence generation prioritization and content to develop effective communication of the value of productsMaintain comprehensive acumen of the latest processes, policies, and trends within the Canadian market access and pricing environmentPartner with global/regional colleagues to leverage and adapt organizational tools and frameworks to optimize launch planning and executionManage the market access and pricing budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with strategic priorities and delivering measurable resultsDevelop and maintain market access and pricing dashboards

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, economics, or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access and pricing, with a strong focus in Oncology, particularly in areas of breast, lung and hematological cancers Innovation mindset and technology experience Preferred

Skills And Additional Requirements Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively and push things through/across a matrix organizationStrong accountability with demonstrated ability to work in teams, ideally in a cross-functional environment, as well as autonomously without constant monitoringExcellent project management capabilities and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset and data-driven problem solver with the initiative to pro-actively identify improvement opportunitiesFlexible to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment with little structureHands-on mentalityBilingual (English and French) would be an asset
