Job Type: Full Time

Location: ON Toronto - CN030

Job Summary This role is part content development, part content review and approval. The role entails developing various marketing collateral (e.g., product sheets, sales sheets, explainers, how-to guides, etc.) for use in various marketing and sales initiatives. However, it will also involve review content developed by junior and intermediate team members to ensure accuracy of information and consistency in positioning and tonality and providing feedback and/or approval as necessary.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Livingston International, one of the largest customs brokers in North America, is looking for an ambitious B2B marketing content and communications manager to join its team.

As a senior marketing content and communications manager, you will report to the Director, Public Relations and Marketing Communications, and will work closely with members of the Marketing team to draft, review, edit and approve external-facing content and communications and manage marketing and communications projects to support short- and long-term business needs. You will also work directly with other business units to identify, manage and execute communications projects and provide guidance with respect to Marketing processes and timelines. In addition, the role will require the administration and management of select cloud-based platforms.

The role will require meticulous attention to detail, adherence to internal processes and brand guidelines, collaboration with internal and third-party stakeholders and a strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. It will also require collaboration across departments and the ability to quickly shift priorities when required. Experience learning, using and administering digital content-management and sales-enablement tools will be a critical asset in this role.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in B2B marketing and managing ongoing projects involving multiple internal stakeholders. If you’re an ambitious self-starter and a strong business writer with an acute sense of how B2B audiences respond to marketing materials; if you work well in a remote- and in-person collaboration setting; if you’re looking to grow professionally while working with a team of smart, energetic marketing professionals, this is the role for you.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 15+ years of experience with in-house B2B corporate or marketing communications processes.

  • Proven success in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with varying timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Publisher
  • Experience working with technical and/or complex subject matter.
