Overview of the Role:

They are seeking a Business Development Manager for the Northwest GTA / GTA Central-West territory (Highway 400 to Highway 427) This role offers a hybrid model with remote work and travel on the road for 3-4 days per week. Responsibilities include both managing current accounts and hunting new business opportunities. Focus on a niche market: Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight across Canada and the U.S.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Preferred 3-5 years of sales experience in transportation/logistics. Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for client visits. Seeking a proactive hunter who is comfortable with technology. Must have experience in expanding existing accounts and securing new clients. Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred; Revonova experience is considered an advantage. Seeking a motivated individual with strong sales skills, a vibrant personality, and a passion for growth within the company!
