About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Delivery Lead to help scale and deepen our client relationships as we grow. This role plays a critical bridge between our Sales & Delivery teams, ensuring that we executive project work with exceptional client experience, strong communication and ongoing opportunity development. The Account Delivery Lead will work closely with our CEO & VP of Sales, and our CTO & Project Delivery Teams to scope work, guide delivery advocate for our clients, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunity to expand our impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client leadership, professional services experience, emotional intelligence, andcommercial awareness in the data and analytics space.
Clients see Data Elephant as a trusted strategic partner, not just a project delivery vendor. This role will ensure that engagements run smoothly with clear communication and strong client satisfaction, delivery teams are supported in managing scope and stakeholder expectations, opportunities for follow-on work are identified and developed naturally, and that Data Elephant continues to grow through trusted relationships and exceptional delivery.
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary account delivery lead during delivery, ensuring strong communication, alignment on expectations, and overall client satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the client internally, helping delivery teams understand priorities, risks, and opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
Engagement Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and VP of Sales during scoping and solution development for new engagements
- Help translate client needs into clear scopes, statements of work, and delivery plans
- Provide oversight and governance of active engagements to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Help delivery teams navigate scope, priorities, and stakeholder communication
Opportunity Development
- Identify opportunities to expand Data Elephant’s impact within existing clients
- Work with sales leadership to shape follow-on engagements and new initiatives
- Help ensure engagements lead to long-term partnerships and repeat work
Delivery Enablement
- Partner with delivery leads and project managers to ensure engagements run smoothly
- Provide guidance on stakeholder management, scope management, and executive communication
- Help delivery teams manage complex client dynamics or escalation scenarios
Consulting Excellence
- Maintain awareness of modern data platform, analytics, and AI best practices across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.)
- Help clients align data and AI initiatives to business outcomes and strategic priorities
- Contribute to the maturation of Data Elephant’s consulting approach and client engagement model
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, client delivery, or account leadership
- Experience managing client relationships within technology, data, analytics, or cloud consulting environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business, delivery teams, and client leadership
- Experience helping scope, structure, or expand consulting engagements
- Excellent emotional intelligence, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing consulting environment
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud ecosystems is required
