About the Role
We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own and scale PheedLoop’s event strategy, including our participation in trade shows and conferences, our webinar and virtual event program, and our internal customer-focused event series.
You will be the architect and executor of event experiences that showcase PheedLoop in action, build brand awareness, and drive measurable pipeline. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to plan, promote, and deliver events that not only educate and engage prospects, but convert them.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and data. If you’re passionate about events, experienced in demand generation, and excited to make your mark on a high-growth team, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own PheedLoop’s end-to-end event strategy, from planning and logistics to promotion and post-event ROI tracking
- Lead execution of our presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events
- Coordinate and produce strategic in-person events, such as customer meetups, executive breakfasts, or user summits
- Plan and host engaging virtual events and webinars that educate and convert prospects (using PheedLoop’s own platform, of course)
- Build and manage pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns in collaboration with demand generation and sales
- Work with content and design teams to build promotional assets (emails, landing pages, decks, signage, etc.)
- Track leads, engagement, and pipeline contribution through HubSpot and other reporting tools
- Own and manage event budgets, sponsorship packages, and lead handoff processes
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve ROI across all events
Requirements
- 3 - 5 + years of B2B event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation experience
- Proven track record executing successful in-person and virtual event campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how events drive demand
- Experience working closely with sales and demand generation teams
- Comfortable managing vendors, timelines, and logistics with precision
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and event platforms (bonus if you’ve used PheedLoop!)
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel for key events and trade shows (up to 25%)
Nice to Haves
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Passion for the events industry and understanding of current trends
