Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Langley, BC team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role focuses on documentation, communication, and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations while also providing hands-on warehouse coverage when required. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, order tracking, and smooth cross-department communication, while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Coordination & Communication

  • Allocate orders to personnel based on skills, workload, and priorities.
  • Act as the main point of contact between sales and operations regarding order timelines.
  • Provide daily updates, prepare and share meeting minutes, and share workload allocations.
  • Support sales staff by accurately communicating order status and documentation.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Retrieve missing documentation and ensure all shipping / receiving paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Ensure labels, paperwork, and shipping documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Ensure adherence to company standards for documentation, safety and quality.
  • Assist with loading / unloading trucks and monitor yard safety.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, etc.) as required,
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting development and implementation of process enhancements.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail with excellent documentation, record-keeping, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP / CRM system experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability and commitment to safety.
  • Previous exposure to logistics, inventory, or order management processes considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, saws, banders, recoilers etc.).
